I understand emergencies and other scheduling conflicts come up and that's something we can not avoid, however giving advance notice helps me fulfill other clients scheduling needs. You may cancel your session up to 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. No refunds if you pay in advance and need to cancel but you can reschedule your appointment.
